Fitness Discovery Call

After 6 years as a Personal Trainer and Coach, helping everyday athletes elevate their performance, I don’t work with just anyone — I work with those ready to commit.

Our first step is analysing your current fitness level so we can build a clear, tailored roadmap to success. Then we’ll discuss your goals — whether that’s improving your running form, smashing a Hyrox event, or building all-round strength — and I’ll let you know how I can help you get there.

What You’ll Do Before the Call

You’ll complete a pre-exercise screening form so I can understand your background, experience, and performance goals. This helps us create a solid foundation to build from.

What Happens During the Call

We’ll dive into your training history, identify what’s been holding you back, and map out the strategy to reach your endurance and strength goals — whether you train in-person or online.

What Are The Next Steps?

Once we’re clear on the path forward, I’ll walk you through my coaching options — including 1:1 specialised training, small-group sessions (5 people and under), or tailored online programming.

My journey began back in high school with a love for running and athletic development. Over the past six years, I’ve transformed that passion into a professional career focused on helping clients move, train, and perform more like athletes — no matter their starting point.

Through my simple, measurable, and efficient training methods, I help active individuals excel in running, Hyrox, and triathlon while building the strength and conditioning needed to support peak performance.

The training experience with Jonathan was absolutely amazing, enjoyed every second of it. He is very informative, helpful and energetic which makes training super easy! I hit a few of my milestones working with jonathan, some of which i never imagined i would have completed before starting with Off Tap fitness. I achieved a large range of things working with Off Tap Fitness and jonathan, such as, I gained a lot of knowledge about my diet, how much / how little i should be eating on a daily basis, I learnt all about daily macros and KJ’s and protein / Carbs / Fats intakes, and the effective exercises to work with these daily macros. Doing the BASE program with Coach JD has been amazing. The customized workout program fits my busy schedule, and the app helps me stay on track with calories and protein visually.
